Effective date: September 18, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of each in-house developed application or electronic tool (the “Application”), a private software tool developed and operated by Tsechen Kunchab Ling (“TKL,” “we,” or “us”), a non-profit Buddhist temple.

1. Private, Internal Use Only
The Application is used solely by TKL, its staff, and authorized volunteers to access and manage TKL’s own data for internal administrative purposes. The Application is not sold, distributed, or offered to the public or to any third party.

2. License
No license to use the Application is granted to any person or organization other than TKL and individuals TKL has specifically authorized. Authorized users may use the Application only in connection with their duties for TKL.

3. Restrictions
Authorized users may not copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, or modify the Application, or use it to access any data other than TKL’s own, without written permission from TKL.

4. No Warranty
The Application is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TKL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Application.

6. Termination
TKL may revoke any user’s access to the Application at any time or disconnect the Application.
