Tsechen Kunchab Ling (“TKL,” “we,” or “us”) is a non-profit Buddhist temple. This Privacy Policy explains how (the “Application”), a private tool used only by TKL, handles information.

The Application is used only by TKL and individuals TKL has authorized, such as staff and volunteers. It is not available to the public.

When authorized by TKL’s account administrator, the Application accesses TKL’s own data. This may include names, contact information, and transaction records.

Information is used solely for TKL’s internal administrative purposes, including membership tracking, reconciling payments and donations, and financial record-keeping and reporting.

– with service providers TKL already uses to operate (for example, email or accounting services), only as needed for TKL’s operations; or

Access credentials are kept secure and are available only to authorized users. We take reasonable measures to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

6. Data Retention
Information is retained only as long as needed for TKL’s administrative and legal record-keeping purposes.

Members, donors, or others who have questions about the information TKL holds about them, or who wish to request a correction, may contact us using the information below.
